Muhallabiah
A creamy Middle Eastern milk pudding, flavoured with rose or orange blossom water, and topped with crushed pistachios. This light, silky dessert is perfect for a sweet, refreshing treat.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Muhallabiah from Foster Clark’s
- 475ml milk
- Crushed nuts for decoration
- Cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
- Rose petals for garnish
Preparation:
- 1. Prepare the muhallabiah by emptying contents into a bowl, and mix with 2 Tbsps of milk to form a smooth paste.
- 2. Pour the rest of the milk in a saucepan on heat until nearly boiling.
- 3. Add cardamom or cinnamon while stirring (optional).
- 4. Pour the paste over the milk and stir until well mixed, keep stirring until it thickens.
- 5. Pour into dishes and garnish with nuts and rose petals.
