Cake Pops
Delicious bite-sized treats made from crumbled cake, rolled into balls, and dipped in colourful cream. Fun, festive, and perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- Chocolate swirl cake mix from Foster Clark’s
- 3 eggs
- 80ml vegetable oil
- 275ml water
- 1 sachet whipped topping from Foster Clark’s
- ½ cup milk
- 2 drops blue colour from Foster Clark’s
- 2 drops orange colour from Foster Clark’s
- Sprinkles for decoration
Preparation:
- 1. Bake the cake as directed on the box, then let it cool and crumble it into small pieces.
- 2. Prepare the whipping cream as instructed on the box and divide it into 3 separate bowls.
- 3. Add one bowl of whipping cream to the crumbled cake, mixing until it forms a dough-like consistency, then shape into small balls.
- 4. Insert plastic sticks into the cake balls and secure each with a bit of melted chocolate.
- 5. Add different colours to the remaining 2 bowls of whipping cream and create a swirl pattern using a stick.
- 6. Dip the cake pops into the coloured whipped cream and finish by decorating with sprinkles.
