A creamy Middle Eastern milk pudding, flavoured with rose or orange blossom water, and topped with crushed pistachios. This light, silky dessert is perfect for a sweet, refreshing treat.

Ingredients:
1 pack Muhallabiah from Foster Clark’s
475ml milk
Crushed nuts for decoration
Cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
Rose petals for garnish
Preparation:
1. Prepare the muhallabiah by emptying contents into a bowl, and mix with 2 Tbsps of milk to form a smooth paste.
2. Pour the rest of the milk in a saucepan on heat until nearly boiling.
3. Add cardamom or cinnamon while stirring (optional).
4. Pour the paste over the milk and stir until well mixed, keep stirring until it thickens.
5. Pour into dishes and garnish with nuts and rose petals.
